Mike Butler had developed a very unique, efficient, simple,
and powerful bookkeeping system for his real estate investments using the #1
Accounting Software. He had received many requests from successful real estate
investors and his mentors to teach his proven system. In May 2002, Mike pulled
the trigger and committed to creating a product now called, "TENANT TRACKING".
This product is the result of literally thousands of hours of tweaking and

WHO IS MIKE BUTLER?
Mike was raised in the south end of Louisville, Kentucky and is
the oldest of 7 kids. He bought his first house before age 20. In 1991, while
buying another rental house, Mike met Ed Melton Sr., who introduced him to the
Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association. From KREIA and by attending
workshops and seminars around the country, Mike developed into a focused,
aggressive real estate investor, who takes pride in avoiding banks to buy investment property. He is still very active in KREIA today.
Mike realized
early on that he MUST have a strong foundation in order to grow quickly and safely. Mike has reviewed many property management software programs only to
discover they fell short of what was needed. Remember, property management
software is usually designed for those who manage property for others for a fee.
Those programs can cost thousands of dollars plus more for tech support. Mike
has spent THOUSANDS of hours tweaking and researching Quickenâ
and QuickBooks Proâ.
His method is getting the results that he needs.
Mike has taught short introductory
classes on getting started using these two programs and has been swamped with
requests to “set up” investors with his method of using this program.
He enjoys
teaching and helping fellow investors; however, with so many requests, he
decided to create courses that TEACH fellow investors how to use these programs
to suit each investor’s individual needs. He's created programs along with
workshops for Tenant Tracking and Investors Books made EZ! Along with showing
investors these powerful cash flow enhancing and profit producing tools of
operating 100+ properties part time while working a full time job, many
investors demanded Mike show them his insider secrets on how to make investing
explode safely while working your full time job.
Because of all the requests and demands, Mike has developed simple, step
by step, easy investor programs and Boot Camps geared specifically to those
investors who have JOBS. Mike will never tell you to abandon your job and take a
chance with real estate investing. He won't buy your groceries if it doesn't
work out for you. Mike believes you should SAFELY and aggressively grow your
real estate so you can transition SAFELY from your job to real estate with

Successful investing utilizing
TENANT TRACKING and
effective property management and bookkeeping techniques enabled Mike to retire
in March 2000 after 13 years as a Louisville Police Detective.
Today, his rents exceeds 1 million dollars annually!
Mike was featured Money magazine,
June 2001, in the article “Can Real Estate Make You Rich?”. He is a Kentucky
licensed real estate broker, a realtor, member of KREE, and a charter member of
