Information Collection and Use:

MikeButler.com and WealthBuilding247.com and 5mWebsites.com are owned by Wealth Building 24-7 LLC, who is the sole owner of the information collected.

Registration:
In order to register for MikesMondays.com or Gold Member, Platinum and 5M Inner Circle Chalk Talk sessions on www.MikeButler.com, a user must first complete the registration and then confirm his or her email address through the email sent to the address supplied in the registration process. During registration a user is required to give contact information such as username and email address. We will use this information to send the user information about purchases made, new services, updates and/or special offers on our sites.

Orders:
We request information from the user on all of our order forms. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, phone number and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card expiration date, etc.). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this information is used to contact the user.

Information Use:
Any information provided by the user on MikeButler.com and/or WealthBuilding247.com and/or 5mWebsites.com may be used to provide requested products and/or services and/or to contact the user concerning order/delivery status and/or to contact the user concerning new services, updates and/or special offers from Mike Butler and/or Wealth Building 24-7 LLC and/or our affiliates.

Cookies:
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.

Log Files:
Like most standard Web site servers we may use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Communications from the Site:
MikeButler.com and WealthBuilding247.com will send all new members a welcoming email immediately following  registrations. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals and/or how to articles from various sources. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we will present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Opt-out section below.

Choice/Opt-out:
Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications via the opt-out links at the end of each promotional communication.

Security:
MikeButler.com and/or WealthBuilding247.com takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information, but can never see your credit card number, only the last four numbers and card type. Testimonials and Student Claims:
All testimonials posted on MikeButler.com and WealthBuilding247.com are given to us with the permission of the student listed within the testimonial. We have removed specific contact information from within each testimonial only to protect the privacy of the student. Claims are not personally verified by Global Publishing Inc staff and are considered unique to each student and situation.

Notification of Changes:
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement. We reserve the right to make changes as we deem necessary and without contacting any web site user.
